Assisteens

NEW Assisteen Membership for 2017-2018 will be open April 1 – April 30, 2017.

Beginning April 1, we will be accepting 50 NEW 8th Grade Assisteens.  (Students who will be in 8th grade Fall 2017).  Membership applications will be accepted in order of postmark date.  After our Renewal Period closes for current Assisteens (March 31, 2017), we will open membership for 9th and 10th Grade if space allows.

Donor Privacy Policy:

Assistance League of Tustin understands the importance of its donors and recognizes them through various means including recognition in publications, at meetings and through personal correspondence.  However, Assistance League also understands the importance of protecting donor’s information and not making it available to the general public or other organizations.  Assistance League of Tustin does not copy, reproduce, publish, post, distribute, share or sell, the name, personal contact information or description of donors to any outside individual or business.

Exceptions are those required by law, requested in grant applications or in connection with bank credit or debit card transactions that may be made without prior knowledge or consent of the donor. Assistance League does acknowledge donors by name and/or description of donation, in certain printed material such as newsletters, brochures, annual reports, press releases, event invitations or programs, stationery, solicitation letters or other means of expressing appreciation for the donor’s assistance. Assistance League will provide, at least annually, a means (such as a check-off box) for both new and continuing donors to inform the charity if they do not want their names acknowledged on any of the printed materials mentioned above.  A donor wishing to view samples of these publications may do so by contacting the organization at the Corporation’s address.  If a donor chooses to opt out of any acknowledgement listings in printed material, the donor’s name and address are made available only to members and/or staff of Assistance League who are responsible for managing the business of the corporation.

A printed copy of Assistance League’s Donor Privacy Policy will be mailed to a donor upon request and is also available on the corporation’s website at www.altustin.org.  The corporation according to the applicable standards of record retention maintains all records of donations to Assistance League in effect at the time of the donation.

All records will be maintained in a secure location of the organization.
